Enquiries regarding grading are subject to a case by case evaluation.
**General GRADING guidelines** used in this shop
A: near perfect, flaws should not be on the face. If you need to use your camera to zoom into a flaw, it might not be considered a B grade. Specks of glitter or slight unevenness of pearl/sandblast effects may be present.
B: More obvious flaws that can't really be seen from arm's length. Faint scratches or pits may be present but should not take away from the general quality.
C: Very obvious flaws that can be seen arm's length. Missing enamel, wrong colours, deep scratches etc.
**Pins still in production will not be refunded unless you are 2-3 weeks from the 6 month paypal cover date.**
If appliable, you may seek a refund and repurchase or a complete refund.
**Pins marked delivered will not be refunded or replaced.** Please take it up with your local post office.
Pins lost in mail will be replaced only 10 weeks after shipping date.If pins are completely sold out, you will be sent a 50% refund. Enquires sent after 3 months/12weeks will not be entertained.
If an item is marked delivered, there will be no compensation
If the item delivered is damaged, the customer has 14 days to reach out for a replacement. The customer MUST return the pin unless said otherwise

General pins should not be sold for above D/S/S until 45 days after shipment date.
Charity pins should always be sold as D/S/S.
If found breaking this policy, all pending sales may be refunded and customer may be banned from future purchases.
